Rachel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her master’s degree from The University of Akron and is currently completing her Ph.D. there. She has worked in a variety of settings, including in-home therapy, schools, and psychiatric units. Rachel has previously taught counselors-in-training at John Carroll University, Youngstown State University, and The University of Akron. She specializes in working with couples and families on issues such as communication, intimacy, and strengthening relationships. Her other therapeutic interests include anxiety, depression, coping skills, trauma, and self-esteem.
